Pursuant to California Education Code section
35186, you are hereby notified that:
* There should be sufficient textbooks and instructional materials.
That means each pupil, including English learners, must have a textbook
or instructional materials, or both, to use in the class and to
take home to complete required homework assignments.
* School facilities must be clean, safe and maintained in good repair.
* A complaint form may be obtained at the school office, district
office or downloaded from the this web site. You may also download
a copy of the California Department of Education complaint

all Parents – the District is now providing web access
to your students’ information. Go to http://parent.suhsd.net
and follow the instructions to sign up for an account. You will need
the following 3 pieces of information when creating your account:
*Permanent ID#: Home Telephone: Verification Passcode:
Verification Passcodes were listed on the bottom of the first semester
report cards. If you did not receive a report card or have misplaced
it, you may call Tina Stauffer at ext. 1251for the Verification
Passcode.
For those parents who already had an account, please go to http://parent.suhsd.netdefault/old.htm
for information about your account.
Students are advised to follow the same procedure to view grades
and other information.
