Instructions for setting up your new voicemail

Please allow 2 – 3 minutes to complete the voicemail tutorial. You may get a busy signal if there are a large number of employees setting up their voicemail at the same time. If this happens please try again at a later time.

1. From your main phone (office, classroom, desk, etc)
Dial 10500
You should be asked for your security code. If so enter it now and you will be in your voicemail.
If you are not asked for your security code then dial # and follow the prompts.

2. From any phone off campus (from home or on the road)
Dial 225-8490 (Voicemail system direct line)
Dial # and follow the prompts

3. From someone else's phone on campus
Dial 10500
Dial *# and follow the prompts

4. For phones that do not have a message light:
If the dial tone is interrupted, or broken, then you have messages.
Follow the instructions from #1 above.
